






























The Shepherd’s Wagon is a cosy accommodation for two, combining the charm of camping with the added comfort of modern conveniences.
Inside, you will find a cosy living area with a sofa, armchair and side table, as well as a dining table with two chairs – a lovely place to sit together, read a book or enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The Shepherd’s Wagon also features a separate lockable bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Duvet and pillows are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, or it can be booked additionally (see articles).
The accommodation is also equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including cooking utensils and kitchen inventory, a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, a kettle, gas cooking facilities, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a private toilet. Hot water is supplied by a boiler, and for extra warmth and atmosphere there is a pellet stove.
Outside, the Shepherd’s Wagon has its own terrace with chairs. There is also a private parking space directly next to the accommodation, and clothes hangers are provided.
The shower facilities are located in the campsite’s sanitary building.
The Shepherd’s Wagon is situated in a central location on the campsite, making all facilities easily accessible, while still allowing you to enjoy a peaceful environment. The small-scale setting and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal place to fully unwind and slow down.
From the Shepherd’s Wagon, the surrounding area is easy to explore. Nature reserves are located nearby and invite you to go hiking and cycling, while the village of Ruinerwold and the city of Meppel are also close by for a varied day trip. An ideal base for those looking for peace and quiet, but who also enjoy going out and exploring.
